Rush KS

Back in the 1800s when new college students would show up to their universities, they would be responsible for their own housing. All the fraternities had the closest and best houses. The freshmen would then "rush" the fraternity houses.

These days Rush is the formal recruitment period all interests go through to find the fraternity that is the best fit for them. It is a time for the Brothers to get to know the interests better before stronger relationships can be formed during pledging, and hopefully, Brotherhood.

The Omicron Rho Chapter of Kappa Sigma is dedicated to making better men. By adhering to our four pillars of Fellowship, Leadership, Scholarship and Service we achieve this goal. Rush is your opportunity to check out how we do this and what we are all about as an organization. If you are interested in becoming a better man and making the most out of your college career then come and hang out with the men of Kappa Sigma! There is no commitment to join if you come out to an event, and all events are free for you as an interest.
